Forming Process
Raw material preparation:
Mix the melamine resin powder with the appropriate amount of additives. The role of the additives is to improve the fluidity, color, hardness and other properties of the melamine resin to meet the requirements of different customers for the wash basin.
Feeding:
The mixed melamine raw material is added to the mold cavity, the feeding method is usually manual feeding and automatic feeding two kinds. Automatic feeding system can precisely control the amount of raw materials added and distribution uniformity, improve production efficiency and product quality.
Heating and pressurizing:
Put the mold into the hot press, apply a certain temperature and pressure, so that the melamine raw material in the mold cavity curing reaction, forming the shape of the melamine wash basin. The control of heating temperature and pressure is crucial to the quality of the product, and too high or too low temperature and pressure will lead to product defects.
Demoulding:
After a certain period of curing reaction, open the mold and remove the molded melamine wash basin from the mold through the ejecting mechanism. The basin after demoulding needs to be further processed and treated, such as trimming, grinding, testing and so on.

Submission of Requirements: Customers provide samples or 2D/3D drawings along with specific details about the mold.

Production Preparation: We begin preparing for production based on the customers' requirements.
Mold Details Confirmation: Customers review and approve the details of the mold.
Mold Processing: Various processes such as surface shaping, hole drilling, high-speed carving, wire cutting, and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) are carried out.
Testing and Sample Production: We arrange the testing of the mold and send samples to the customers for evaluation.
Evaluation and Feedback: If the customers are not satisfied with the samples, we encourage them to provide feedback for any necessary repairs.
Repair and Finishing: We perform repairs, polishing, and texturing of the mold based on the feedback received.
Sample Reconfirmation: The repaired samples are sent to the customers once again for their final confirmation.
Delivery: The finalized molds are delivered to customers by sea or air transportation, as specified
