Production Process

The SMC compression molding process involves several steps, including:

Cutting the sheet: The sheet is cut to the required size and shape using a cutting machine.
Placing the sheet in the mold: The cut sheet is placed in the mold and compressed using a hydraulic press.
Curing: The compressed material is cured in the mold at a high temperature and pressure.
Demolding: The final product is removed from the mold.
