Ejector design: Common ejector methods include ejector rod ejector, ejector plate ejector, etc. During the design, it is necessary to rationally arrange the ejecting elements according to the shape, size and structural characteristics of the shower chassis to ensure that the product can be evenly ejecting from the mold during demoulding to avoid product deformation or damage.

 

Machining: Through CNC machining center and other equipment, each part of the mold is accurately cut to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the parts, and meet the assembly requirements of the mold.

 

Surface treatment: In order to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and release performance of the mold, it is necessary to treat the surface of the mold, such as nitriding treatment, hard chrome plating treatment, etc., which can effectively extend the service life of the mold.
