Mold material

Structural design

Push-plate demoulding is suitable for thin-wall or large area of the wall panel, can be evenly pushed out of the wall panel, to avoid deformation or damage during demoulding.
• Guide mechanism: In order to ensure the accurate position of the upper die and the lower die during the closing process, the die is usually provided with a guide mechanism, such as a guide post and guide sleeve. The guiding mechanism can improve the accuracy of the mold, reduce the wear and damage of the mold, and ensure the molding quality of SMC wallboard.
