Structural characteristics
• Multi-insert splicing structure: It is composed of an upper template and a lower template, and the upper and lower templates are respectively provided with splicing upper and splicing lower insert structures. These inserts are usually rectangular in design and are removable to the formwork by means of a limit connection structure, such as a number of No. 1 connectors for connecting the lower formwork and the rectangular lower insert, and No. 2 connectors for connecting the upper formwork and the rectangular upper insert.

• Forming cavity: A forming cavity is arranged between the upper template and the lower template for forming air defense door products.
• Multi-rod ejector mechanism: located on the lower side of the lower template, including the top plate and a number of lifting drivers that can drive the top plate to lift up and down in the vertical direction, and a number of vertical vertical ejector rods are fixed on the top plate, which is easy to push out the air defense door products smoothly after forming.

Production material
• Die steel: such as P20 steel, etc., has good strength, toughness and machining performance, can meet the service life and accuracy requirements of the mold, but also easy to process and manufacture.
Insert material: Generally use good wear resistance, high hardness of steel, such as Cr12MoV, to ensure that the insert in the frequent molding process is not easy to wear, maintain the accuracy of the mold and product quality.
• Other auxiliary materials: including connectors such as bolts and nuts for connecting inserts and templates, as well as standard parts such as ejector rods, guide posts and guide bushings, the quality of these materials will also affect the overall performance and service life of the mould.
