Structural design features
Magnetic demoulding assembly: JMJT SMC material molding mold, magnetic demoulding assembly is installed in the lower mold, and magnets are symmetrically embedded on both sides of the lower surface of the upper mold.
Guide and positioning structure: the guide column is fixed symmetrically on both sides of the outer wall of the top of the lower mold, and the corresponding slot is opened on the lower surface of the upper mold, and the guide column is adapted to the slot to ensure the accuracy of the upper and lower mold closing.
The mold is connected with the mold: the mold is composed of the lower mold base, the lower mold and the upper mold. An electric push rod is vertically installed on both sides of the outer wall of the lower mold base, and the upper mold is installed on the lower surface of the upper mold base. The opening and closing action of the upper and lower molds is realized through the electric push rod.

JMJT production process requirements

Material selection principle
Die steel: According to the use requirements of the fan mold and production volume, choose the appropriate die steel materials, such as P20 steel, H13 steel, etc. These steels have good strength, toughness and wear resistance, and can withstand high temperatures and pressures during the molding process.
Other materials: In addition to die steel, it is also necessary to choose some auxiliary materials, such as release agents, lubricants, etc. The release agent is used to prevent the SMC material from sticking on the surface of the mold and facilitate the release of the mold. The lubricant is used to reduce the friction in the process of opening and closing the mold and increase the service life of the mold.
