• Preparation of raw materials: The raw materials such as resin, glass fiber and filler are mixed according to a certain proportion to make SMC sheet.

• Cutting: SMC sheet is cut to the appropriate size according to the size and shape requirements of the mask.

• Mold installation and debugging: Put the SMC sheet cut into the mold, install and debug the mold to ensure the accuracy and tightness of the mold.

• Die molding: Pressure is applied to the die by a hydraulic press, so that the SMC sheet is formed in the die under pressure, while the curing reaction is carried out at high temperatures to form the basic shape of the mask.

• Stripping and trimming: After the curing is completed, the molded mask is removed from the mold, the excess flash and burr are removed, and the preliminary trimming is carried out.

• Surface treatment: According to the need for surface treatment of the mask, such as spray painting, gelcoat, etc., to improve its appearance quality and weather resistance.
