High precision and stability: The use of CNC machining center and other precision equipment processing, the dimensional accuracy of up to ±0.01mm, to ensure that the meter box size accurate, smooth appearance, high assembly accuracy, and in long-term use can maintain stable size and performance.

Good demudding performance: the surface of the mold is polished, hard chrome plating and other treatment, the roughness can reach Ra0.8-Ra1.6μm, while the design of reasonable demudding structure, such as thimble, push plate, etc., to facilitate the smooth demudding of the meter box after forming.

Efficient cooling system: equipped with circulating cooling water channel, according to the mold shape and size design, can quickly and evenly cool the mold, shorten the molding cycle, improve production efficiency, and ensure product quality.

Processing equipment: The use of CNC machining center for milling, drilling, boring and other processing, to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality, the use of electric discharge machining to manufacture complex shape cavity and core, and wire cutting processing for cutting templates, electrodes and so on.

Surface treatment: nitriding and hard chrome plating on the surface of the mold can improve the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the depth of the nitriding layer is generally 0.2-0.5mm, and the thickness of hard chrome plating is 0.02-0.05mm.

Assembly and debugging: In the process of mold assembly, the assembly accuracy of each part is strictly controlled, such as the matching gap between the core and the cavity is controlled at 0.05-0.1mm, and the matching gap between the thimble and the top pinhole is controlled at 0.02-0.05mm. Debugging and optimization are carried out after assembly.
