Manufacturing process
Precision machining: The use of CNC CNC milling machining center, high-speed CNC engraving machining center and other equipment, the mold cavity, core and other key components for high-precision machining, to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Heat treatment: quenching, tempering and other heat treatment of the mold material, improve the hardness, strength, wear resistance and deformation resistance, extend the service life of the mold.
Surface treatment: chrome plating, nitriding and other surface treatment, improve the mold surface hardness, finish and corrosion resistance, reduce the coefficient of friction, easy to release.
Production technology
SMC sheet cutting metering: Precisely cut SMC sheet according to bumper size and shape, and measure the required sheet quantity.
Insert embedding: The metal insert is embedded in the mold cavity according to the design requirements to ensure the accurate position.
Laying material: The cut SMC sheet is placed in the mold cavity in a certain order and manner to ensure uniform distribution.
Molding: After closing the mold, the SMC sheet is cured under a certain temperature and pressure, the pressure is generally 10-30MPa, and the temperature is 150-200℃.
Removal: After the molding is completed, open the mold and use the ejector mechanism to ejector the bumper product.
