Parting surface design: Generally using the internal parting technology, the parting line is hidden on the non-appearance surface of the product to ensure the cleanliness and beauty of the car appearance, such as the front bumper and the hood, fender and wheel cover matching parts usually use the internal parting design.

Core pulling mechanism: for the side hole on the outside of the front bumper, the core pulling mechanism such as the fixed die elastic needle structure is often used in the mold to achieve the formation of the side hole.

Ejector mechanism: According to the structure and size of the bumper, the appropriate ejector mechanism is designed, such as the hydraulic cylinder ejector device, etc. At the same time, in order to ensure the consistent and stable operation of all the cylinders, the cylinder synchronizer is added to the front section of the cylinder inlet tubing.

Cooling system: Through circulating water and other ways to design cooling channels, effectively improve the efficiency of product mold, to ensure product quality.

SMC sheet cutting measurement: According to the size and shape of the bumper mold cavity, the SMC sheet is cut to the appropriate size and shape, and the number of required sheets is accurately measured.

Insert embedding: If the bumper needs to install inserts, such as bolts, nuts, etc., the inserts are accurately embedded in the mold cavity according to the design requirements before laying.

Laying material: Lay the cut SMC sheet in the mold cavity in a certain order and manner to ensure that the sheet is evenly distributed and covers the entire surface of the mold cavity.

Forming: The mold is closed, and under a certain temperature and pressure, the SMC sheet is cured in the mold cavity and formed into the shape of the front bumper of the car. The molding temperature is generally 125°C-170°C.

Release and take out: After the SMC material is completely cured, open the mold, push the molded bumper out of the mold through the ejector mechanism, and take out the product.
