Manufacturing process

To use CNC machining center for precision machining, can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the mold. For some complex shapes and structures, it may also be necessary to combine special processing methods such as EDM and wire-cutting. For example, the inner surface of the sink mold needs to be finely machined, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.8-Ra1.6μm to ensure the appearance quality of the sink after molding.


Assembly and debugging: After the mold processing is completed, it is necessary to carry out strict assembly and debugging. During the assembly process, it is necessary to ensure the installation accuracy of each component, such as the clearance between the core and the cavity should be controlled between 0.05-0.1mm. In the debugging stage, the molding effect of the mold is checked by testing the mold, and the problems found are adjusted and optimized in time.

Molding process

 

Temperature control: The molding temperature of BMC material is generally between 130-150 ° C, and the mold temperature should be controlled at about 120-140 ° C to ensure that the curing reaction of the material can proceed smoothly. In the molding process, the mold is heated by the heating system, and the temperature sensor is used to monitor and control the mold temperature in real time, and the temperature fluctuation range can be controlled within ±5℃ 4.
