3 Mold Design

The unreasonable design of some molds will cause the gate pressure and flow rate of the mold to be too high, friction and overheating, and the exhaust of the mold is also very important.

Therefore, in order to make the mold more "beautiful", we should consider various parameters such as the number of mold cavities, weight, and shadow area of the product in the design, and strive to make the gate and exhaust design reasonable.
